Advance Voting

Advance voting for TRREB’s Special Meeting of Members opens on Friday, October 2, at 10 a.m. You can cast your vote before the virtual meeting on Thursday, October 8, at 10 a.m.

The voting platform is available throughout this period except on Wednesday, October 7, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., when it will temporarily close as TRREB prepares for the live meeting. Advance voting closes at 8 a.m. on October 8. Live voting will open during the virtual Special Meeting of Members, which starts at 10 a.m.

You can change your vote after submitting it by selecting Edit response while advance voting is open.

How to Vote in Advance

Starting Friday, October 2, at 10 a.m., visit TRREBFAM.com and select Login. Enter your User ID, four-digit PIN, and the one-time code sent to your mobile device.

Eligibility to Vote

If you joined TRREB after September 16 at 4:30 p.m., you cannot vote or access the voting platform under TRREB’s rules and applicable law.

If you are eligible to vote, the voting window will appear below the video screen. Watch the how-to video above the voting window for step-by-step instructions. Select the By-Law Amendments, Member Dues, Welcome Back Program, or Meeting Package buttons below the video to review more information before voting.

How to Cast Your Advance Vote

• Before you can view the motions, select Login with SSO in the Slido voting window.

• The voting window contains both motions: Membership Dues and Fee Structure and the Welcome Back Program. Select For or Against for Motion 1, then scroll down to Motion 2. You can vote on either motion or both. Select Send to submit your vote.

Change Your Vote

If you change your mind, select Edit response, update your selection, and select Save. The voting platform will show your earlier selection when you reopen your response. You can change your vote while advance voting remains open, until 8 a.m. on October 8.

Vote During the Special Meeting of Members

You can also vote during the virtual Special Meeting of Members on Thursday, October 8, at 10 a.m. Advance voting closes at 8 a.m. that morning. Live voting will open during the meeting when the motions are presented. Register in advance if you plan to attend.
